Horizon Health Network – Upper River Valley Zone has permanent opportunities for Registered Nurses on the Medical/Palliative and Paediatric Unit at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville.
As a member of an interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse in the Primary Care Program provides quality patient care for a full range of services, within the scope of professional nursing practice, to patients and families during all developmental stages.
Qualifications:
•Active registration with NANB
•Demonstrated ability to perform CPR according to BCLS standards
•Demonstrated ability to respond to emergency situations, rapidly changing priorities and complex patient care needs
•Demonstrated assessment skills and ability to function independently with minimum supervision
•Demonstrated teaching, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
•Written and spoken competence in English is required
Classification: RN-2 – Salary range: $28.99 to $34.60 per hour
