Stan Cassidy Centre For Rehabilitation
Our goal, mandate and approach
The goal of rehabilitation

is to develop or restore as much
autonomy of function, independence and dignity to a person as possible so
that they may continue to enjoy a good, quality life.
Successful rehabilitation comes from the determination of the
client and the efforts of those who assist in their rehabilitation. This means
developing relationships with referral agents, rehabilitation professionals,
community agencies and consumer groups.
Rehabilitation addresses restoration of physical, psychological
and social functioning. This requires the help of professionals who specialize
in these areas.
